What does this online team development  journey include?

"Progressive Teams" combines the two journeys "Personalities in Teams" and "High Performance Teams". This means your team will gain an in-depth understanding of themselves and the rest of the team, and increase the quality of their relationships, thereby laying the foundation for first-class collaboration.

You will undoubtedly experience how psychological safety, social cohesion and collaboration will be strengthened, both noticeably and measurably.

We recommend holding one team session every 3-4 weeks to achieve steady progression and focused work on one development area at a time. Team development requires perseverance, and a longer program gives you time to implement and practice the new approaches in everyday life.
