What does "Personalities in Teams" journey include?

The most important thing about working with strengths and personality types in teams is to increase understanding and collaboration within the team. This program works with the personalities model and focuses on action, ideas, relationships and depth through three focused team sessions.

Through each individual team session you will gain insight into your own and the team's strengths, how to best use them, and how to strengthen your communication based on a better understanding of each other.

We recommend holding one team session every 3-4 weeks to achieve steady progression and focused work on one development area at a time. Team development requires perseverance, and a longer journey gives you time to implement and practice the new approaches in everyday life.
